My newest lot, Sunny Villa this lot is perfect for a couple who are looking to start a family. this lot was built with game version 14.0.48.017001. i have not used any cc im not sure if there may be some store stuff but im pretty sure i never even used any of that. this house has:-
1 bedroom
1 nursery
2 bathrooms
large pool area
hot tub
bbq & eating area.
small park for children
and enough room for 4 cars to park.
This lot costs:-
$181,662 furnished
$91,294 unfurnished.
the house is fully decorated and furnished. you could add an upstairs to expand as there is enough room to bring the house walls out a bit to add stairs you would just need to remove some plants but i can upload a version like it if anyone wants it. this lot may require all ep's and sp's right up to katy perry sweet treats as i have them all installed. any problems with the lot please let me know Smile

this lot has taken a good few weeks to build but only because i kept leaving it for days lol i am really proud with the way this lot has turned out.
