    :balloons:   This is an extention to my previous lot I uploaded a while back.  I have added a 2nd floor to one of the sections, and also added a balcony to the first section.  I'm always 'Improving'.
The balcony has room for a Sauna and Patio furniture where your Sims can BBQ and have parties.  The costs of this lot has increased to ($100,207).  Ck out my link below which will take you to the original lot.

No. I have not thought about it. I don't have any Hollween stuff like you do. I loved how you made your decor. Where do you get them, TSR?
