yes so i can be a bit slow on the mark sometimes lol but i always wanted my sims in different clothing when they are pregnant. anyway i figured out that once your sims have tried for a baby and you hear that chime that lets you know she is now expecting get her to the dresser and plan her outfit, as long as you have downloaded some maternity wear that you really like put her in it then once she is ready to turn around into her new maternity wear she will already be wearing what you dressed her in.
