my second lot in 3 days not bad going at all usually takes me just that to build one lot lol ok so here is sim lane another nice modern home. requires all ep's and sp's up to seasons but does not need 70's, 80's & 90's sp as i do not yet have it (may not even bother with that one :affraid: ) no cc used. the mirror floors you see are by murano over at TSR they are not included either. i think the floor pattern may be by Praline sims but not sure.
this lot has
3 bedrooms
2 bathrooms
laundry room
beautiful pool area with water fountains.
hot tub
childrens play area
garage for 2 cars.
costs:-
furnished $225,150
unfurnished $133,996
the rest of the house is all pretty much open plan.
if you wanted to add an upper floor you would need to remove the stage off the roof and the best place to put stairs in would be the end where the garage is in front of the 2 windows, a spiral staircase would fit best this would then allow to add an upper floor if needed. but if you want me to do this and upload a version with an upper floor let me know. pictures are in a movie again as there was too many to upload plus it saves on storage lol.

Download Here

mickeywave Hi Neff,

Wonderful house. I actually think I like the slide better than just the pictures. I see that EA used some of the same bedroom stuff for TS3 that they have for TS2. I noticed because I use that bedroom set a lot and even have it in the most recent house that I furnished. Very Happy

Since I only have TS2, I can't download but enjoyed wathing it anyhow.

I'm not sure where it came from. I use to know where each item was from but then too much time passed and it all ran together. lol1 I still have the books that came with the CDs so might be able to find out. But since I have all the EPs and SPs so that's a lot of stuff and a lot of CD boxes and books to look through. Smile Also, the second time I installed my game (after my computer guy re-did my Windows XP operating system), the whole game went in at one time so it seems like one game to me, now. Very Happy
