The traits in the sims 4 those will be updates as new info comes along

Busy Bee: (Adhd) These Sims will not keep still, even if they were strapped to a chair. You will always catch them tapping their fingers, swaying, playing with nearby objects (for example, flicking a lamp on and off) or moving around overall. Busy Bee Sims usually will stop what YOU commanded them midway if the task appears unimportant or irrelevant (such as chatting, watching TV, jumping on a trampoline, etc.,) and go on to do what they want to do. They also get excited/surprised over the smaller things in life, however, they would get bored of activities much quicker than the average Sim. These Sims are unable to multitask very long (i.e if you make them watch the cooking channel while cooking, they would usually stop watching the TV). Their Fun Meter (picture?) drains 25% faster than normal Sims and they'll appear to rush through things (which may cause spoiled food, muscles being pulled, etc.) On the plus side, Busy Bee Sims are a lot more creative and are able to draw brilliant paintings. They are also better at socializing due to them coming up with varies topics in seconds.

Indignant: (Anger Issues) Indignant Sims get the angry/cranky emotion more often than other Sims, even over things that don't get the other Sims angry (such as unwashed dishes, TV not being turned off, etc). Don't fret, as they have a 45% lower chance of dying of anger than other Sims. When a Sim makes these Sims angry, they would mostly likely take it out on them instead of a teddy bear or punching bag. When a Sim gets hurt or disturbed by an object, they will proceed to kick or punch it (sometimes resulting in minor injury which gets these Sims FURIOUS!!!). Angry Sims are also impatient and they will, just like Busy Bee Sims, end up rushing through activities. Their logic skill goes up slower due to them rushing through work, however, their athletic skill goes up 35% faster.

Socially Awkward: Socially Awkward Sims are socially awkward!   Socially Awkward Sims have a tendency to embarrass themselves in front of other Sims (slipping, tripping or Falling down the stairs, saying the wrong thing, poor dancing skills, etc). SA Sims Charisma, writing, cooking, handiness, and athletic skills go up a lot slower, however, their logic skill goes up faster and they have better creativity. SA Sims will avoid doing PDA or any other "revealing" things in public and if forced to, they would usually hesitate or move slower before doing the actions (sometimes they may even cancel the interaction and throw a tantrum).

Conceited: Conceited Sims are top-notch and think they're more attractive than other Sims (even you!). They always know what to say or what to do. If you command them to do something (only some interactions), they would always do it with a little Pa-zazz (cooking: they would twirl around when moving to another area, swimming: they would do a flip before going into the water, dancing: they have dance moves that other don't Sims have, no matter what level). Most times, you would catch them pulling out a mirror, fixing their hair, straightening their shirt, posing in front of other Sims on Purpose, take selfies, and much more. To conceded Sims, looks are everything. If you give them clothes that they think looks horrible, they would most likely switch into what they prefer (varies on every Sim!). Or, when they see Sims wear stuff that they think looks bad, they would either snicker, stop and stare, or get the disgusted emotion (and have a stank face until the Sim is out of their peripheral vision. ) These Sims have a special interaction that allows them to boss around any Sim of their desire. If the other Sim refuse, conceded Sims can also manipulate them with their looks.

Over-Emotional: " It's just so beautiful! " This is how you would normally see Over Emotional Sims. Although you would see them crying these Sims can cry when mad, sad, or happy. Their chances are lowered of dying because of emotion, but, only by 25% (even less than Indignant Sims dying!), so you have to keep a close eye on these Sims (everyone loves a good challenge, right? No? Okay...).   Each action due to crying is different per emotion. When crying angry, they would sit on the floor, scream, yell, and bang the floor, all while crying. When crying when sad, they would let off a big sob and autonomously hug Any Sim (maybe even Grimmy if you're lucky ). When crying when happy, their hands would cover their mouth as tears slowly leak through their eyes. (They can also cry when laughing.)      

Neat: These Sims are Always cleaning. Always! And they'd be more than glad to help! Any time, any where, no excuses, they will be the first to clean or organize. Throw up on the floor? They will literally sprint and clean it up, taking a mop out of their va- I mean pocket. Neat Sims have the "Fun" meter go up when cleaning, take longer showers, wash their hands longer, eat without a mess, and more (these were already in TS3). Neat Sims get the disgusted emotion and stare when spotting someone eating wildly (like Slob Sims). Neat Sims prefer to cook themselves and eat differently (they will cut their sandwiches and hot dogs in fourth's, refuse to stand up and eat their pizza, etc.,) When standing near a stinky air (or Sim) they will take out an air freshener and spray the surrounding area (and get a wild reaction from Sims nearby).

Gold Digger: Gold Digger Sims are thristy for money. Even though it's quite easy for them to start a relationship, it's for the wrong purposes. NPC Gold Diggers will autonomously start to slowly snag money from their "loved" ones (usually accomplished by digging through their dresser, laundry, city hall, or bank.) If caught stealing money, the Gold Digger would get rid of them by locking them in a room, poisoning their food with plasma (from the hospital), or start a fire by leaving food unattended. When the other is dead, the Gold Digger will automatically collect all cash. (A little evil for a Sims game though. Then again, this was implied in a Sims 3 trailer... ) However, Gold Diggers can be caught and sent to jail for 3 Sim Weeks.
