[solved]Cheats not working?

hey,
so recently I had a problem of the pleasants being stuck in bed. it was annoying--- and it took lots of game reloading. so my problem is that people suggested I use the MoveObjects on cheat and it kept saying that it's not working? everytime I typed it, the cheat menu was saying error--- however I didn't try the reset sim option either but I didn't know how to type it--- could that have been the problem?

It doesn't work sometimes and sometimes it can make things worse, that's why I just use moveobjects on delete the offending sim and/or object, save. Exit and reenter the lot. The sim will be standing by the mailbox unscathed and it doesn't mess up your game like the boolprop reset can. It's safer and results are 100% every time.
