Can't access Belladonna Cove!

my friends! I was wondering if anyone had the problem of accessing a hood, and if so, what were your steps to correct the problem?

What has happened is, we installed some carpets for a friend, but now she can't get into her Belladonna Cove hood. Not sure what she did, so I thought I'd ck here. I've had this issue, but I can't remember what I did. I checked all on her files in E001 and they are all there, so who could cause that problem? Thanks! mickeywave

Not sure what it could be; is the hood not showing up or will it not load? It's possible any cc that was installed could be causing it. The first thing I'd try is to delete all the cache files and content registry files (deleting it will not harm or effect the game) and see if that straightens it out.
