Sunnydale **F e a t u r e d**

I feel so lucky to have a lovely site like this in which to upload my little creations.  Sunnydale is copied from a magazine called Designer Dream 154 Phenomenal Home Plans.  I was really attracted by the landscaping which includes the little bridge and lots of flower beds.





The ground floor is very spacious with formal living and dining, kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, and guest bedroom with bath.



The second floor includes the other 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.



In the pictures you may notice some new bedspreads in various green and yellow patterns.  I'm hoping that they will show up in the house, but when I opened the file with Sims2 Clean Installer, I didn't see them there.  So this is a bit of a disclaimer.











To make the house cheery and sunny, I used yellow as the main color but toned down a bit with whites and pale greens.  









The expansion packs necessary for this house are Nightlife and Open for Business.  

The price of the fully furnished house is 142,059.

Lot size is 3 x 4.

The only custom content used is the Modern Picture Window and aforementioned bedspreads by me.

Hey Tricia!    I have a question? I just noticed this was posted as a, "Community Lot". So is this like an Apartment or Rooming House? Just asking.

The bedding recolours and the outside floor tiles don't show up. May be you can just add them separately to this post Thank you , I love this house!:

MaAlet, thanks so much for the sweet comment. I don't know why the cc didn't show up. I used Sims2CleanInstaller and was careful not to delete the cc in the screenshot. I've had trouble with bedding in the past though. It just doesn't show up. I'll try uploading the items as you suggested! All the best!

Hello Tricia!  I have the same issue as MaAlet, but after looking at your pics here, I think I used to have this tile, but I don't see it anymore.  Can you give me the name of it so I can look into my files and see if I have them?  That way I can reload them.  Oh wait a min... I can see in the Clean Installer from the list you have, right?  I'll ck now.

Everything showed up in my game, except the tile outside.  I found something that will work for now.  I just      this house Tricia, and so will my simmies. I can't wait to move them in.  

I put 'all' of your lots in my new made hood.  They look great.
