Shady Ridge is another Sim home inspired by the magazine, "154 Phenomenal Home Plans." The house has 3 floors of living space. The ground floor includes garage, family room, guest room, and two bathrooms. Second floor is actually the main floor of the house and includes living, dining, kitchen, guest bathroom, and master suite. Third floor has two more bedrooms and a bathroom. In case you haven't kept track that's 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Your Sims will also enjoy outdoor living with the large back yard patio and pool.

Ohhh My Gosh!!!! I      this.     Another great lot to add to my Tricia Hood!         This hood is only gonna have very few of my lots, and mostly all of yours.  This is so   .   

Oh, I forgot to mention. I    your Dark Wood Floors to. I saw them in your other lot I just loaded. If I may ask, how do you make your Wood Flooring? Appreciate any great tips you may like to share.    

Bbdoll, thank you so much for the wonderful comment. I'm really thrilled that you like my lots as I love yours too. It's so much fun to see what other creators come up with and you learn a lot from them. For my dark wood floor, I just got a picture from google images by asking for seamless dark wood floor texture. I used my photo program, irfanview to make the 256 x 256 square needed and then used HomeCrafter. I really like your black and white floral tiles in the duplex.
