|  guys! I was looking thru my Family Tree and noticed this message at the top. If you have a Family Tree, you may want to check. Jan 23, 2014: Due to a hardware failure at Rackspace Cloud, our hosting provider, some login/password data for new users created between Jan 19 and Jan 23 were lost. The family information itself is safe, since it is stored on a separate server. If you cannot access your account, please contact us, and we will guide you through the restoration process.
