|  Chase's First Birthday! Over at Max and Jessica's house they're having a party to celebrate their son's first birthday.   When it was time for Chase to grow up Jessica brought him to his cake.  She helped him blow out the candles as . . .  Party guests Sasha Brian, Cullen Farrell . . .  Reid Adams . . .  Briana Carlton . . .  Chase's older sister Olivia . . .  And Claudia and Rhys sang happy birthday and clapped the clappers.  Chase grew up into a very cute toddler.  Jessica, Max and their childern pose for a family picture.
