Hi Guy's. this is my first community lot and i just love it. only problem is the mailbox still remains on the lot but it is hidden to the side of the fencing so it's not a problem when your sims visit the lot. seems like a lot of simmer's are having this problem. the lot has been play tested and works great. this lot is just perfect for those wild cocktail party's. you can find this lot on the gallery under my username nefertiti781. i do also take request's for lot's just send me a pm Smile

Awesome Cocktail Pool Nef!  pillowfight   I'm surprised they have not fixed that issue with the mailbox yet.  I hid mine by placing a wall around it and adding a statue on top. lol1   What ever works.
