What a lovely lot! can't wait to have my sims move in.

Thanks so much Becky! Hope you enjoy it. I'm trying to get in the mode of playing my simmies and moving them into my houses also. I build more than I play.

I have found that in playing this house, it's best for a Single or a couple, as the kitchen/dining area is smaller than I usually make it. I guess I was only thinking of a Single Family home when I started. If you do have BBy's, you can always knock out walls and expand.
