this lot has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen and a laundry room. a garage that will park 2 cars a basement which is 3 levels down, the stairs go down from the garage and there is also a green house off the back of the garage there are already plants inside growing which i got established for your sims. to be able to plant in the green house you will need to use moveobjects on then have your sim plant them in there. my sim and i have worked on this home down in the basement there is 3 treasure chest's one from china, one from Egypt and one from France. one chest contains a starter kit for your adventurer sim it has 70 high quality foods, 70 shower in a can's a 2 bedroom tent and the expensive camera. another chest has some surprise goodies in it and don't worry about how much money your sims have left over after buying this home because int he 3rd chest there are a few gems worth quite a bit of money. there is also racks all filled up with wine and 3 wine makers in the basement. in the nursery there is a bookshelf this contains every child's book your sims could need for the kids. there is a book case in the kitchen this has every recipe and fishing book from Egypt, china and France. also there is another book case in the guest room which is full of general reading my sim travelled to china, Egypt and France to buy all the books and the book case in the living room has every single skill book your sims could ever need. she even brought back 3 incense burners 2 are sat on the bar in the kitchen and one is on the coffee table in the living room. just outside the green house there are skill items to skill your sims in marshal arts and also a snake charming basket. there is a cookie maker in the kitchen which my sim brought back from china. my sim has also painted paintings to hang up on the wall's these are worth over 1000 simoleons. i have not done a great deal of landscaping on this home because it is on a 50x50 lot so you can place it on the largest lot if you wanted to and also there is so much room to expand if you need to. there is no cc at all on this lot and no cc walls or floor coverings it is all from the game. i did try to copy this home from a real floor plan. you must have all expansion packs and stuff packs right up to supernatural.

Wow this lot is simply gorgous neff my bfff and great job as always on this lot when i have my new computer setup and my sims3 game reinstall i will be downloadingthis home for my sims to live in flower2

aw thank you so much guy's i am loving this lot right now Smile

my sim's love it too they have the "beautiful vista" icon up whenever they are in the lot so that is really good for me because they love it Smile
