This is my first hood it is also a gift from me to all of my member's. hope you all enjoy it ,it is base game compatible. there is some pictures included in the file. please extract the sc4 file to EAGames/thesims2/sc4terrains. for it to show up in your game.

, yes you need sim city 4to be able to make hood's. took me a while to learn to do it but i got there in the end my patience paid off lol
