Tip: Lag-free!

Hey guys!
When I installed Pets, my game got really laggy. I played full screen for a little while, which reduced the lag, but I much prefer to play in window mode.
One of the legacies I read at TS3 Legacies had mentioned she installed a program and it got rid of her lag, so I asked her what she used.
She said she used this program called s3pe.
