| I made a starter home! I've made this one before in Sims 2, but not sure for Sims 3. This two-storey house features one bedroom downstairs and a bathroom, open plan kitchen living and dining. Upstairs features two bedrooms, a bathroom and a courtyard off the main bedroom. This house resides on a 20x25 sized lot and costs only $58,775 unfurnished and $88,464 furnished.
