Things in my Sims 3 folder?

When I open my Sims 3 folder in my documents, there are five files that say "ScriptError_Kate_01-03-2013__12-41-25_E2F71599."
The numbers and letters change after the date though for the five of them.
Also, there are eight files that say "xcpt Kate 12-11-15 14.09.07" The numbers change, there are two files with the same name, so four are just like the one I listed and the other four are exactly the same but have .mdmp at the end. If any of that makes any sense...
Does anyone know if these are dangerous to my game?

have you recently had a game crash ? if so those files usually appear when you have. this has happened to me in the past my game doesn't crash no more but i used to just delete those files.

me i had these files but i notice i get those if my game is not updated to the right patch or if i have a game freeze but its rare

My game is up to date and it doesn't crash. It is really laggy though, it would be safe to delete these?

if you are a bit weary then i would suggest just moving them to your desktop or somwhere easy to find and see how your game runs without them.
