This Beach House, previously posted at,(311 Ocean View Dr),was created on a regular lot, therefore, your Sims were unable to swim in the ocean. I have revised this latest version in, “Riverblossom Hills”. I have tested this lot and everything seems to be working properly.

This is the Third Floor Furnished. You will also see the spiral stairs leading to the Fourth Floor. The unfurnished lot does not show the stairs. This is the Third Floor Furnished and to show that Elevators do work.   This is the Fourth Floor Furnished. It also has a spiral staircase that can be installed for inside access rather than enter from the outside balcony in the rear.
