| Hello! I'm new to your forum and would very much like to share my lots and sims, but I have a concern. I see you use the Mediafire to upload, and I was reading about it and seems that some people have issues. The Mediafire that is. There is a mention of a fee after so many uploads, and/or things like files and all coming up missing on computers. Does anyone have problems with the Mediafire when uploading? Is it safe to use and is there a limit as to how much I can upload without being charged a fee? If the Mediafire is safe to use, where can I find instructions on how to use this to upload my lots/sims, etc.? Where can I get the Mediafire? When researching online, that's where I saw reviews and comments, and must say, I didn't feel good about what I was reading. | |

| I've never had any issues with MediaFire yet; that's what I use. But there's other free cloud storage sights available such as 4Shared, JustCloud, ADrive, SkyDrive, Box, Symform, and the list goes on, that you can try. First you need a RAR or Zip program installed; I just use 7Zip and make zip files to upload. It's way less complicate than RAR files and it works just as well. The tutorial for uploading zip files is [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The only thing cloud storage sites add to your computer is cookies, just like this and any other 'login' sites, nothing else. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Also, the only problem with any cloud storage sites is that anyone can upload malicious files and you can unknowingly download them, but this is a reputable site with reputable folks, so there's no reason to be afraid of that. MediaFire has it's own malware scanner too, so you're really not likely to download anything bad, anyway. You only have to pay if you desire the premium account, more than what they offer free. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I hope that answers all your questions. If you ever have problems with anything, be sure to contact the site Administrator or Moderators. | |

| Mediafire is safe! I've made a few sims and uploaded them there and it worked fine! I downloaded sims and furniture from there all the time, too. |
