[solved]Screen goes weird?

I was playing Sims 3, I know this is Sims 3 technical help but it also happens in 2 as well, and I must have accidentely pressed something because the screen was weird. I play both in window mode and you know how it covers the whole screen except the start bar and the bar across the top of the game with the close and minimize button is hidden across the top? I don't know what I did, but every now and then I'll click or press something on my keyboard and the bottom part of the game gets hidden behind the start menu, like I cant press the pause button or anything and the bar across the top with the close button shows. I've pressed all the F buttons and tried to drag it back up but the only thing I can do to fix it is to exit. Does anyone know how I can fix it without exiting? Its such a hassle!

have you downloaded some sims3 custom content or sims recently because there a bad custom content called night and day everyday boots that can cause some graphic glitchs in your sims3 game?

i had the same problem. but i used task manager to help it.
