so i am very nearly finished with my new modern lot i just got back to it tonight so i thought i would give you all another sneak peak of what i have done so far. i was thinking of adding a kiddies park to the back of the lot.

I love what you've done with the lot. It's gorgeous. I'm a big "kiddie park" Simmer, so I say, "go for it." Most of my Sims lots get driveways (and garages) and Kiddie Parks or playground added.
