|  Check it Out!  Yeah, I couldn't resist building. Was supposed to be catching up on my Simmies, but the bug hit me. This is my New Floating Beach House. Is a HUGE, 2 Stories, and it " FLOATS"!  Has a 2-Car Garage, and it has an Elevator which leads to the 1st and 2nd floor from the garage. It has Exit Stairs from each floor in case of an Emergency. It has lots of Balcony’s, and a Copter Landing. Private Beach for Swimming in the Ocean. This Beautiful Beach House will cost your Simmies $122,046 With Helicopter or $102,046 Without Helicopter! This house is Unfurnished with no Bathrooms or Kitchen - Just the ‘ Shell’. You can decide where you want to install your rooms. This house was created in the HOOD for "MoonIslands", but it may fit in other beach lots.  FLOATING BEACH HOUSE
