I needed a new home for nervous subject and his soon to be new wife so i built this lot for them it requires all ep's and sp's.you need the cep tool installed for the seating recolours to show up, these were done by me
this lot costs $393,800 this lot has:-

4 parking spaces
large pool area
park for the kids
