Sims 3 CC - Helpful hint

I'm not sure if this goes in here or in Discussions, so sorry if its in the wrong one.
When you install your CC, once you've installed it in the launcher, you can go back into your downloads folder and delete it from there. I'd put it in another folder on an external hard-drive or on your desktop just in case
I'm just doing this now and will edit when I load my game -- see if it goes any faster

EDIT: It does make it go a little faster
