You know are addicted to the Sims when?

Hi everybody I hope you and your sims are doing well, or at least as well as you want them to do.. Muahaahaah!
I have been looking around for jokes about the Sims, people who play the sims and such. Wow, there is not that much out there. Sooo here is what I found. Please feel free to leave me your own sim joke if you have one down in the comments section. I like to give out Rep points and I will give them out to everyone who leaves a comment.

You know you are addicted to the sims when?


1.) You are broke and wish ctrl+shift+c"motherlode" realy did work. =p

2.) When after playing you go to bed and start dreaming of going through the house you just played in or built.


3.) Your mom sim is in labor and you're nearly falling out of your chair in excitement! Is it a boy? Or a Girl? I forgot to pick out a name! 


4.) If you have ever duplicated your own neighborhood, people, and your simselves  own keeps up with the Jones's . . .


5.)  You actually shed a tear over a deceased sim .   (Yes, I am guilty of this one.)


6.)  You right down a list of names for babies and a journal for the family! lol  


7.) You wake up in the morning, start playing the sims and before you know it its getting dark.


8.) You know you're addicted to The Sims when you start wishing your Sims home is your home in real life.


9.) You say you will stop playing at two, but then at 1:59 you say you meant three. (Very guilty of this on..lol)


10.) You tell more stories about how your little Sims are being rotten little brats than you do about your own children.

Sometimes I am shocked for a moment that I cannot do things like the Sims, especially the twirl for changing clothes.

Hi Nonni, my that is a good one..  That  would really come in handy in the morning when I am trying to get the kids off to school. There would be none of that "Where are my socks?" or "Oh no this shirt has a stain, I need something else!"

I went to Getting To Know The Site & Site Tutorials and found How to Thank A Post & Give Reputation  to see what Rep Points were and How to give them. Now I am off on a spree of giving Rep and Thank Points.

. . . you start talking to a (non-Simmer) friend about what is going on in your game--like they know what you are talking about.  Then, later get a startling revelation--'Oh, oh!  They had no idea what I was talking about!'  (Guess they were just being polite to listen.)   

. . . you plan your time off or vacation time around playing your Sims game.   

. . . you start thinking or talking in Simlish, especially when you get frustrated.   

. . . you go on a CC downloading spree and think that you've hit a multi-million dollar or should I say Simoleon jackpot.  

. . . you go "house shopping" for your Sims--just like you would for a real house.

Hi Joset, yes, that would save on laundry for sure. And you make a great point about the ultra tool.  I really really wish I could lose weight so easily by only having to go on the tread mill five or six times.  . That would be sooo awesome. I would look great in no time..

I must agree with your addition to this fun game.  Sure would be nice if we could create a real life hunk and decide his (or  her) personality and other qualities.

Oh, Daisy I know.    It so hard to let go of elder Sims or any Sim for that matter. I tend to get attached to them (even if they aren't very nice Sims   ). I just read the lastest chapter in the story of Buford Falls, earlier this evening, and was sad to see Rhys go.

Me too ladies! I was soooo sad     when I read about Rhys, but so glad that I was able to see his story and sim life.

I've still got to play all of my simmies in TS2, so if I never get the 4, that will be okay. My comp I have now may support TS4, but I'm not really making plans at this time. I just wanna see what everyone else thinks, then maybe.
