[solved]Fun search

Hey everybody, I keep getting this "Fun Search" search engine thing on my computer. I am not installing but it keeps getting on and then I get blocked from Facebook as it is reconised as a virus. It is actually a Porn Site and my anti virus protection is not picking it up on quick scan. I just spent 2 hours getting it uninstalled off of my computer. So a warning to the wise, uninstall this if it is on your computer. \

:face: I am not sure Cinda, I had to have my son help me figure out what the problem was, lol he said the same thing when he discovered it was a Porno site thingy. :franky: How embaressing.
He told me that I was getting it through something I was downloading. Well the only thing that I download is from ts2 or ts3. I also keep getting Origins put on my computer by Ts3 through the updates. I never had this problem until Origins started trying to get on to my computer. I just removed them and yet I see it is back again. I dont think I will allow anymore updates from ts3. I got a message from the Guru's at Ts3 letting everyone know that if they were having problems with Origins that they were trying to fix the problem. :affraid: We know how well they fix things.. lol :geek:

It's true that you can go somewhere that's 'reputable' and still pick up that malware/unwanted porn adverts. I have a great anti-malware that blocks anything like that from installing on my pc, and it gets rid of things your antvirus misses. I really like it. It's called Malwarebytes and you can get it here.

Thanks Cinda, I will check it out. I find it very disturbing to have something like that on my computer. Why do some people have to be so mean? I mean seriously get a life.. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
